Jenis Informasi atau Fakta | Pelunasan Pokok serta Pembayaran Bunga Kedua Belas dari | Material Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Merdeka Copper Gold Tahap I Tahun 2020 Seri B (“Obligasi”) termasuk dalam kategori Informasi atau Fakta Material berdasarkan Pasal 6 butir (m) POJK No. 31/2015. Type of Material Information | Repayment of Principal and Twelfth Interest of Bonds or Facts Continuation I Merdeka Copper Gold Phase I Year 2020 Series B (“Bonds”) is categorized as Material Information or Facts in accordance with Article 6 point (m) OJK Regulation No. 31/2015. En Uraian Informasi atau Fakta | Bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah Material melaksanakan pelunasan Obligasi dengan rincian sebagai berikut: 1. Nilai Obligasi Jumlah Obligasi yang jatuh tempo pada tanggal 30 Juli 2023 tersebut terdiri dari: a. Pokok Obligasi sebesar Rp726.350.000.000,00 (tujuh ratus dua puluh enam miliar tiga ratus lima puluh juta Rupiah): dan b. Bunga Kedua Belas Obligasi sebesar Rp19.066.687.500,00 (sembilan belas miliar enam puluh enam juta enam ratus delapan puluh tujuh ribu lima ratus Rupiah). 2. Jumlah Pelunasan Obligasi Jumlah pelunasan pokok dan pembayaran bunga kedua belas Obligasi adalah sebesar Rp745.416.687.500,00 (tujuh ratus empat puluh lima miliar empat ratus enam belas juta enam ratus delapan puluh tujuh ribu lima ratus Rupiah) serta telah dibayarkan pada tanggal 31 Juli 2023 kepada para pemegang Obligasi oleh PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia sebagai Agen Pembayaran yang telah ditunjuk oleh Perseroan. 3. Sumber Pendanaan Sumber pendanaan yang digunakan oleh Perseroan untuk melunasi pokok dan membayar bunga kedua belas Obligasi berasal dari kas internal Perseroan. 4, Tujuan Transaksi Tujuan dilaksanakannya transaksi tersebut adalah agar Perseroan dapat melakukan pelunasan pokok serta pembayaran bunga kedua belas dari Obligasi yang telah jatuh tempo tersebut. Description of Material | We hereby inform that the Company has repaid its Bonds with Information or Facts detail as follows: 1. Amount of Bonds: The total amount of Bonds that matured on 30 July 2023 consists of the following composition: a. Principal Amount of Bonds in the amount of IDR Rp726,350,000,000.00 (seven hundred twenty-six billion three hundred and fifty million Rupiah): and b. Twelfth Bonds' Interest in the amount of IDR Rp19,066,687,500.00 (nineteen billion sixty-six million six hundred eighty-seven thousand and five hundred Rupiah).

Total of Bonds' Repayment The total repayment of principal and twelfth interest of Bonds is in the amount of IDR Rp745,416,687,500.00 (seven hundred forty-five billion four hundred sixteen million six hundred eighty-seven thousand and five hundred Rupiah) and has been repaid to the bonds' holders on 31 Juli 2023 by PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia as the appointed Paying Agent of the Company. 3. Source of Fund The fund utilized by the Company to repay the principaland twelfth interest of Bonds was derived from the Company's internal cash. 4. The Purpose of the Transaction The purpose of this transaction is for the Company to repay the matured principal and twelfth interest of Bonds.
