Akuntan Publik (Signing Partner) yaitu Bapak Tan Siddharta untuk melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan
perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
KAP Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono telah melakukan tugasnya sesuai dengan cakupan jasa yang disepakati,
pelaksanaan audit yang dilakukan oleh AP dan / atau KAP berdasarkan standar audit yang ditetapkan oleh institut
Akuntan Publik Indonesia, dan penyelesaian laporan diselesaikan tepat waktu.. KAP memberikan rekomendasi
perbaikan yang telah tertuang dalam manajemen letter yang diberikan kepada Perseroan.

According to the results of the General Meeting of Shareholders held on 21 June 2023 Based on: GMS Approval , The
Company decided to use the services of a Public Accounting Firm: Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono with Public
Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mr. Tan Siddharta To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements
ending on 31 December 2023
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
KAP Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono has carried out its duties in accordance with the agreed scope of services, the audit
carried out by the AP and / or KAP based on auditing standards set by the Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants,
and the report is completed on time. KAP provides recommendations for improvement which has been stated in the
management letter given to the Company
