PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk Announced the First Semester of 2023 Financial Performance
Jakarta, July 31, 2023
PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (Lonsum or the Company) today announced its interim consolidated
financial statements for the six-month period ended June 30, 2023 (1H2023).
In 1H2023, Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) nucleus production increased 2% yoy to 515 thousand tonnes. In line with
higher FFB production, total CPO production increased 3% yoy to 131 thousand tonnes.
Lonsum recorded sales of Rp1.88 trillion in 1H2023, 8% yoy lower primarily due to lower average selling prices
of palm products which was partly offset by higher sales volume of palm products.
Lonsum posted gross profit Rp329 billion, operating profit Rp118 billion and profit for the period attributable to
owners of the parent Rp167 billion. Lonsum did not have funding through bank loan as of June 30, 2023.
Mr. Benny Tjoeng, the President Director of Lonsum commented, “As the challenges in the agribusiness sector
particularly commodity prices volatility and weather impacts continue, Lonsum remains focused on cost control
and efficiency, improve productivity and focus on good agricultural practices in a sustainable manner.“

PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk Melaporkan Kinerja Keuangan Semester 1 Tahun 2023

Pada hari ini PT PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (Lonsum atau Perseroan) melaporkan laporan keuangan
konsolidasian interim untuk periode enam bulan yang berakhir pada tanggal 30 Juni 2023 (1H2023).
Pada 1H2023, produksi Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) inti naik 2% yoy menjadi 515 ribu ton. Seiring dengan kenaikan
produksi TBS, total produksi CPO naik 3% yoy menjadi 131 ribu ton.
Lonsum membukukan penjualan sebesar Rp1,88 triliun di 1H2023, turun 8% yoy terutama karena penurunan
harga jual rata-rata produk sawit yang sebagian diimbangi oleh kenaikan volume penjualan produk sawit.
Lonsum mencatat laba kotor Rp329 miliar, laba usaha Rp118 miliar dan laba periode berjalan yang dapat
diatribusikan kepada pemilik entitas induk Rp167 miliar. Lonsum tidak ada pendanaan melalui hutang bank
pada tanggal 30 Juni 2023.
Bapak Benny Tjoeng, Presiden Direktur Lonsum mengatakan, “Seiring berlanjutnya berbagai tantangan pada
sektor agribisnis terutama volatilitas harga komoditas dan dampak dari cuaca, Lonsum tetap berfokus pada
pengendalian biaya dan efisiensi, meningkatkan produktivitas serta berfokus pada praktik-praktik agrikultur
yang baik secara berkelanjutan.“
