PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk Announced the First Semester of 2023 Financial Performance
PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (SIMP Group or the Company) today reported its interim consolidated financial
statements for the six-month period ended June 30, 2023 (1H2023).
In 1H2023, Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) nucleus production declined 5% yoy to 1.21 million tonnes. In line with lower FFB
production, CPO production was down 5% yoy to 309 thousand tonnes.
SIMP Group reported total sales of Rp7.61 trillion in 1H2023, 6% lower than 1H2022 primarily due to lower average
selling prices of palm products and Edible Oils & Fats (EOF) products which partly offset by higher sales volume of palm
products and EOF products. In 1H2023, SIMP Group reported gross profit Rp1.27 trillion, operating profit Rp548 billion
and profit for the period attributable to owners of the parent Rp128 billion.
SIMP Group’s net gearing ratio was down to 0.24x as of June 30, 2023 compared to 0.26x as of December 31, 2022.

particularly due to weather impacts and volatility in commodity prices. In 1H2023, our FFB nucleus production was
impacted by weather conditions and oil palm replanting activities.

PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk Melaporkan Kinerja Keuangan Semester 1 Tahun 2023
PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (Grup SIMP atau Perseroan) hari ini melaporkan laporan keuangan konsolidasian
interim untuk periode enam bulan yang berakhir pada tanggal 30 Juni 2023 (1H2023).
Pada 1H2023, produksi Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) inti turun 5% yoy menjadi 1,21 juta ton. Seiring dengan turunnya
produksi TBS, produksi CPO turun 5% yoy menjadi 309 ribu ton.
Grup SIMP mencatat penjualan sebesar Rp7,61 triliun di 1H2023, turun 6% dibandingkan 1H2022 terutama karena
turunnya harga jual rata-rata produk sawit dan produk Minyak & Lemak Nabati (EOF) yang sebagian diimbangi oleh
kenaikan volume penjualan produk sawit dan produk EOF.
Pada 1H2023, Grup SIMP mencatat laba bruto sebesar Rp1,27 triliun, laba usaha Rp548 miliar dan laba periode
berjalan yang dapat diatribusikan kepada pemilik entitas induk Rp128 miliar.
Rasio pengungkit neto (net gearing) Grup SIMP pada 30 Juni 2023 sebesar 0,24x dibandingkan 0,26x pada 31 Des
2022.
Bapak Mark Wakeford, Direktur Utama Grup SIMP mengatakan, “Tantangan pada sektor agribisnis masih berlanjut,
terutama seiring dampak cuaca dan volatilitas harga komoditas. Pada 1H2023, produksi TBS inti kami dipengaruhi
oleh kondisi cuaca yang tidak mendukung serta kegiatan peremajaan kelapa sawit.
Grup SIMP tetap fokus pada peningkatan pengendalian biaya dan efisiensi, peningkatan produktivitas serta
pengelolaan kegiatan operasi secara berkelanjutan.”
