1. Perseroan akan melakukan Penelaahan Terbatas
(Limited Review) atas Laporan Keuangan PT Darma Henwa
Tbk yang berakhir pada tanggal 30 Juni 2023. Penelaahaan
terbatas laporan keuangan Perseroan bertujuan untuk
persiapan Laporan Keuangan Auditan yang berakhir pada
tanggal 31 Desember 2023 dan tujuan lainnya.
2. Sesuai ketentuan maka Laporan Keuangan tersebut
akan kami sampaikan selambat-lambatnya tanggal 31 Agustus
2023.

conduct a Limited Review of the Financial Statements of PT
Darma Henwa Tbk ending on 30 June 2023. The limited
review of the Company's financial statements aims to prepare
