Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Hingga tanggal 31 Juli 2023, Perseroan telah melakukan
pembelian kembali dan cancellation atas porsi jumlah terutang
atas Surat Utang Senior 4,95% yang jatuh tempo pada 2026
("Senior Notes 2026") di pasar terbuka (open market). Jumlah
pembelian kembali adalah sebesar AS$35.000.000 atau
merepresentasikan 6,36% dari nilai pokok awal Senior Notes
2026. Setelah pelaksanaan pembelian kembali tersebut,
jumlah terutang dari Senior Notes 2026 adalah
AS$515.000.000 yang mewakili sekitar 93,64% dari jumlah
pokok awal Senior Notes 2026.
Sebagai referensi, terlampir kami sampaikan pengumuman
SGX-ST tertanggal 31 Juli 2023 sehubungan dengan
pembelian kembali Senior Notes 2026.

Repurchase and Cancellation of a Portion of the Outstanding
Type of Material Information or Facts 4.95% Senior Notes due 2026
Description of Material Information or Up to 31 July 2023, the Company has purchased and
Facts cancelled a portion of 4.95% Senior Notes due 2026 (the
"Senior Notes 2026") in the open market. The repurchased
amount is US$35,000,000 or represents 6.36% of the initial
principal amount of the Senior Notes 2026. After execution of
the repurchase, the outstanding amount of the Senior Notes
2026 is US$515,000,000 which represents 93.64% of the initial
principal amount of the Senior Notes 2026.
As a reference, we hereby attached the SGX-ST
announcement dated 31st July 2023 in relation to the
repurchase of Senior Notes 2026.
