Dengan hormat, Sesuai dengan Peraturan OJK No. 14/POJK.04/2022 tanggal 18 Agustus 2022 tentang Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Berkala Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik, dengan ini PT BISI International Tbk (“Perseroan”) menyampaikan: (1) Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Perseroan dan entitas anak tanggal 30 Juni 2023 dan untuk periode enam bulan yang berakhir pada tanggal tersebut, dan (2) Checklist Pengungkapan Laporan Keuangan Untuk Semua Jenis Industri di Pasar Modal Indonesia sesuai dengan Surat Edaran Bapepam-LK No. SE-17/BL/2012 tanggal 21 Desember 2012. Sehubungan dengan ketentuan 1!I.1.1.4 Peraturan No. I-E, Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep- 00015/BE1/01-2021 tanggal 29 Januari 2021 tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, dimana terjadi penurunan sebesar Rp97.722 juta atau 27,136 pada Total Kewajiban berdasarkan Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Perseroan dan Entitas Anak pada tanggal 30 Juni 2023 dibandingkan Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Perseroan dan Entitas Anak pada tanggal 31 Desember 2022, dengan ini Perseroan memberikan penjelasan: Dear Sir / Madam, In accordance with OJK Regulation No. 14/POJK.04/2022 dated 18 August 2022 concerning Submission of Periodic Financial Statements of Issuers or Public Companies, hereby PT BISI International Tbk (“Company”) submits: (1) Consolidated — Financial Statements Company and its subsidiaries as of June 30, 2023 and for the six months then ended, and (2) Checklist Disclosure of Financial Statements for All Types of Industries in the Indonesian Capital Market in accordance with Bapepam-LK Circular Letter No. SE-17/BL/ 2012 dated 21 December 2012. In accordance with the provisions of 111.4 of Regulation No. I.E, Attachment to Decree of the Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep- 00015/BE1/01-2021 dated 29 January 2021 concerning Obligation to Submit Information, there was a decrease of Rp97,722 million or 27.134 in Total Liabilities based on Consolidated Financial Statements of Company and its Subsidiaries as of June 30, 2023 compared to Consolidated Financial Statements of Company and its Subsidiaries as of December 31, 2022, the Company hereby provides explanation: Jl. w PT. BISI International, Tbk. Penurunan tersebut terutama disebabkan oleh menurunnya nilai Kewajiban Untuk Retur dan Utang Pajak sebesar masing- masing Rp49.553 juta dan Rp32.018 juta. Penurunan tersebut disebabkan oleh adanya penurunan penjualan Perseroan. Penurunan tersebut tidak akan memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap kinerja Perseroan. Hormat kami, This decrease was mainly due to a decrease in the value of Refund Liabilities and Taxes Payable by Rp49,553 million and Rp32,018 million, respectively. The decrease was caused by a decrease in the Company's sales. This decrease will not have a significant impact on the Company's performance.
