Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Perseroan bermaksud membagikan dividen interim kepada
pemegang saham Perseroan untuk tahun buku 2023 dengan
nilai total sebesar Rp65.502.400.000,00 (enam puluh lima
milyar lima ratus dua juta empat ratus ribu rupiah) yang akan
dibagikan sebagai dividen tunai sebesar Rp4,00 (empat
rupiah) per saham. Rencana ini telah mendapatkan
persetujuan dari Dewan Komisaris Perseroan berdasarkan
Keputusan Rapat tertanggal 31 Juli 2023.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pembagian dividen interim ini tidak memberikan dampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan secara material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Description of Material Information or The Company intended to distribute interim dividends to the

total amount of Rp65,502,400,000.00 (sixty five billion five
hundred two million four hundred thousand rupiah) which will
be distributed as cash dividends in the amount of Rp4.00 (four
rupiah) per share. The proposal has been approved by the
Board of Commissioners of the Company based on the
Meeting Decision dated 31 July 2023.
