Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk pada Peraturan OJK No. 14/POJK.04/2022 tentang
Peyampaian Laporan Keuangan Berkala Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik tanggal 18 Agustus 2022 (POJK 14/2022),
dan Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No.
Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30 September 2022 tentang
Perubahan Peraturan I-E Tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian
Informasi (Peraturan Bursa) Ketentuan IV.1.1.6.2., dengan ini
kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan berencana untuk
melakukan penelaahan terbatas (limited review) terhadap
Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Perseroan untuk periode
yang berakhir pada 30 Juni 2023.
Penelaahan terbatas (limited review) dilakukan sehubungan
dengan rencana Perseroan untuk melakukan transaksi
material di entitas anak Perseroan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut di atas, maka Perseroan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan akan menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan dengan penelaahan terbatas untuk periode yang
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau berakhir pada 30 Juni 2023 paling lambat pada tanggal 31
Perusahaan Publik Agustus 2023 dengan memenuhi segala ketentuan
sebagaimana diatur dalam POJK 14/2022 dan Peraturan
Bursa.

Description of Material Information or In compliance with OJK Regulation No. 14/POJK.04/2022
Facts concerning the Submission of Periodic Financial Statements of
Issuers or Public Companies dated 18 August 2022 (POJK
14/2022) and Decree of the Board of Directors of the
Indonesia Stock Exchange No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 dated
September 30, 2022, concerning Amendment to Regulation I-
E Regarding Obligation of Submission of Information (IDX
Regulation) Article IV.1.1.6.2., we hereby inform that the
Company plans to conduct a limited review of the Companys
Consolidated Financial Statements for the period ended June
30, 2023.
Limited review is conducted in connection with the Companys
plan to conduct material transactions at the Companys
subsidiary.
Impact of event, material information or In connection with the mentioned above, the Company will
facts towards Issuers or Public submit the Consolidated Financial Statements with a limited
Company’s operational activities, legal, review for the period ended on June 30, 2023, no later than
financial condition, or going concern August 31, 2023, by fulfilling all with the provisions stipulated
