(“Perseroan”) bermaksud untuk menyampaikan bahwa atas laporan keuangan konsolidasian Perseroan dan entitas anak untuk periode enam bulan yang berakhir 30 Juni 2023 (“Laporan Keuangan”) akan disertai laporan akuntan publik dalam rangka reviu/penelaahan terbatas. Reviu/penelaahan terbatas atas Laporan Keuangan akan dilakukan oleh Akuntan Publik dari Kantor Akuntan Publik Suharli, Sugiharto & Rekan. Alasan dilakukannya reviu/penelaahan terbatas atas Laporan Keuangan, terkait dengan aksi korporasi yang direncanakan Perseroan. Perseroan akan menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan dimaksud paling lambat pada tanggal 31 Agustus 2023. Demikian informasi ini kami sampaikan. perhatiannya, kami mengucapkan terima kasih. Limited review of the Financial Report will be carried out by a Public Accountant from the Public Accounting Firm Suharli, Sugiharto & Rekan. The reason for carrying out @ limited review to the Financial Report is related to the corporate action planned by the Company.
