Mengacu pada Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 14/POJK.04/2022 tentang Penyampaian
Laporan Keuangan Berkala Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik dan Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa
Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tentang Perubahan Peraturan No. I-E tentang Kewajiban
Penyampaian Informasi, terlampir kami sampaikan Laporan Keuangan Interim tidak diaudit periode
30 Juni 2023. / Refer to the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 14/POJK.04/2022
concerning Submission of Periodic Financial Reports of Issuers or Public Companies and the Decree
of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 concerning
Amendment to Regulation No. I-E regarding Obligations for Submitting Information, we submit the
unaudited Interim Financial Report for the period of 30 June 2023.

Berkaitan dengan pemenuhan peraturan BEI No.I-E butir III.1.1.4 perihal penjelasan atas perubahan
lebih dari 20% pada pos jumlah aset dan/atau jumlah liabilitas, maka dengan ini kami sampaikan
penjelasan bahwa terdapat penurunan pada jumlah aset Perseroan sebesar 30,59% dari Rp9,15
miliar per 31 Desember 2022 menjadi Rp6,35 miliar per 30 Juni 2023. / In connection with the
fulfillment of IDX regulations No.I-E point III.1.1.4 concerning an explanation for a change of more than
20% in the post of total assets and/or total liabilities, we hereby convey an explanation that there has
been a decrease in the total assets of the Company by 30.59% from IDR9.15 billion as of
31 December 2022 to IDR6.35 billion as of 30 June 2023.

Penurunan tersebut diantaranya disebabkan oleh: / The decrease among others was caused by:
- Kas dan bank turun dari Rp4,3 miliar menjadi Rp3,77 miliar karena membayar kewajiban-
  kewajiban. / Cash on hand and in banks decreased from IDR4.3 billion to IDR3.77 billion due to
  payment of obligations.
- Piutang usaha turun dari Rp1,37 miliar menjadi Rp0,99 miliar karena ada penerimaan pembayaran
  dari customer dan mitra bisnis. / Trade receivables third parties decreased from IDR1.25 billion to
  IDR0.98 billion due to receipt payments from customers and business partners.
- Persediaan turun dari Rp1,48 miliar menjadi Rp0,59 miliar karena putaran bisnis. / Inventories
  decreased from IDR1.48 billion to IDR0.59 billion due to business cycles.
- Aset tidak lancar lainnya turun dari Rp1,55 miliar menjadi Rp0,55 miliar karena pada bulan Januari
  2023 ada pengembalian deposit dari PT Solusi Inti Multiteknik. / Other non-current assets
  decreased from IDR1.55 billion to IDR0.55 billion because in January 2023 there was a deposit
  return from PT Solusi Inti Multiteknik.

Atas penurunan jumlah aset tersebut, manajemen tidak melihat dampak yang signifikan terhadap
kinerja keuangan Perseroan. / Due to the decrease in total assets, management did not see a
significant impact on the Company's financial performance.
