Transaction Perseroan yaitu PT Horas Insani Abadi, berkedudukan di
Pematang Siantar, telah menandatangani akta
peningkatan modal dasar serta modal ditempatkan dan
disetor yang telah memperoleh Surat Keputusan
Menteri Hukum dan HAM RI nomor
AHU-0043383.AH.01.02.TAHUN2023 tertanggal 27 Juli
2023, Oleh karenanya selanjutnya modal dasar dan
modal setor PT Horas Insani Abadi menjadi sebagai
berikut :

- Semula : Rp. 19.807.500.000,-
- Menjadi : Rp. 59.805.000.000,-
Modal disetor
- Semula : Rp. 19.807.500.000,-
- Menjadi : Rp. 49.432.500.000,-
Adapun peningkatan modal ditempatkan dan disetor
tersebut telah diambil bagian serta disetor oleh PT.
Murni Sadar Tbk (“Perseroan”) sebesar
Rp.29.535.000.000,-. /
On Friday, June 30th, 2023 PT Horas Insani Abadi
domiciled at Tangerang, has signed the deed of increase
in authorized capital and paid-up capital and paid-up
that has acquired approval from Minister of Law and
Human Rights Number AHU-0043383.AH.01.02.TAHUN
2023, to be as follows :
Authorized Capital
- Initially : 19,807,500,000 IDR
- Become : 59,805,000,000 IDR
paid-up capital
- Initially : 19,807,500,000 IDR
- Become : 49,432,500,000 IDR
The increase in authorized and paid up capital which has
been paid by PT Murni Sadar Tbk (“The Company”) is
amount to 29,535,000,000 IDR.
4. Penjelasan, pertimbangan dan alasan : Penambahan modal disetor ini dialokasikan untuk
dilakukannya Transaksi Afiliasi / operasional PT Horas Insani Abadi, untuk mengurangi

fakta material tersebut terhadap dampak signifikan terhadap kondisi keuangan
