Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Bahwa lanjutan proses persidangan permohonan PKPU
terhadap Perseroan telah digelar pada hari Kamis, tanggal 27
Juli 2023 dengan dihadiri oleh pihak Kuasa Pemohon
(Mewakili Donny H. Laksamana) dan pihak Kuasa Termohon
(Mewakili Perseroan) dengan agenda sidang penyampaian
bukti tambahan dari Pemohon dan Termohon.
Dalam sidang tersebut, Pemohon dan Termohon telah
menyerahkan bukti tambahan kepada Majelis
Hakim.
Kemudian Majelis Hakim menetapkan sidang selanjutnya akan
diadakan pada hari Rabu, tanggal 02 Agustus 2023 dengan
agenda masih dengan Pembuktian dari Pemohon dan
Termohon.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dapat kami sampaikan bahwa dengan adanya pengajuan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan permohonan PKPU tersebut, tidak memiliki dampak yang
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, signifikan terhadap kegiatan operasional dan kondisi
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau keuangan dari Perseroan.

Trial of the Postponement of Debt Payment Obligations
Type of Material Information or Facts (PKPU) Against PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk
Description of Material Information or Whereas the continuation of the PKPU application trial process
Facts against the Company was held on Thursday, July 27, 2023, in
the presence of the Petitioner's Attorney (Representing Donny
H. Laksamana) and the Respondent's Attorney (Representing
the Company) with the agenda of the trial for submission of
additional evidence from the Petitioner and Respondent.
During the trial, the Petitioner and the Respondent submitted
additional evidence to the Panel Judge.
Furthermore, the Panel of Judges determined that the
subsequent trial would be held on Wednesday, August 2,
2023, with the agenda still with Evidence from the Petitioner
and Respondent.
Impact of event, material information or The PKPU lawsuit has no impact on the Company's business
