GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk akan melakukan penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Kuartal II untuk tahun buku 2023
yang Ditelaah secara terbatas oleh Akuntan Publik.
Informasi Lain
Melalui informasi ini Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Perseroan pada tanggal dan
untuk enam bulan yang berakhir 30 Juni 2023 sedang dalam proses penelaahan terbatas oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik
Purwantono, Sungkoro Surja (anggota firma dari Ernst Young Global Limited). Hal ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk
pemenuhan internal Standard Operating Procedures dalam rangka meningkatkan penerapan tata kelola yang baik (good
corporate governance) oleh Perseroan. Dalam penyampaian laporan keuangan interim konsolidasian yang ditelaah
secara terbatas ini, Perseroan akan senantiasa tunduk terhadap batas waktu yang diungkapkan dalam POJK 14 dan
Peraturan BEI I-E dimana tidak akan lebih dari tanggal 31 Agustus 2023.

six months ended June 30, 2023 are in the process of limited review by the Public Accounting Firm of Purwantono,
Sungkoro Surja (a firm member of Ernst Young Global Limited).This is conducted as a form of fulfillment of the internal
Standard Operating Procedures to improve the implementation of the good corporate governance by the Company. For
the submission of this limited reviewed consolidated interim financial statements, the Company will always comply with
the deadline disclosed in POJK 14 and IDX Regulation I-E which will not exceed August 31, 2023.
