Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Penyampaian Informasi sehubungan dengan Divestasi salah
satu Anak Usaha Perseroan yaitu PT Sulawesi Regas Satu
(SRGS)
Pihak yang bertransaksi:
1. PT Anoa Sulawesi Regas (ASR)
2. PT EMP Daya Nusantara (EDN)
Alasan transaksi:
Pembangunan FSRU Permanen belum dapat dilaksanakan,
sehingga Perseroan mengubah penggunaan dana hasil
penawaran umum untuk pembelian dan modifikasi kapal LNG
yang telah disetujui oleh RUPSLB pada tanggal 27 Februari
2023.
Sebagai tindaklanjut atas perubahan tersebut, maka
Perseroan melakukan divestasi unit usaha SRGS dalam
rangka untuk melakukan pembelian dan modifikasi kapal LNG.
Objek Transaksi:
Divestasi Anak Usaha GTSI yaitu SRGS dengan nilai US$3,5
Juta.
Berdasarkan Laporan Keuangan Audit Perseroan per tanggal
31 Desember 2022, transaksi tersebut tidak termasuk kedalam
transaksi material sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan OJK
No. 1/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Material dan
Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha

Description of Material Information or Submission of Information in connection with the Divestment of
Facts one of the Company's Subsidiaries namely PT Sulawesi
Regas Satu (SRGS)
Transaction parties:
1. PT Anoa Sulawesi Regas (ASR)
2. PT EMP Daya Nusantara (EDN)
Transaction reason:
The construction of the Permanent FSRU cannot be carried
out, so the Company changed the use of proceeds from the
public offering for the purchase and modification of LNG
vessels which had been approved by the EGMS on 27
February 2023.
As a follow-up to these changes, the Company divested the
SRGS business unit in order to purchase and modify LNG
vessels.
Transaction Object:
The divestment of GTSI's Subsidiary, namely SRGS, with a
value of US$ 3,5 Million.
Based on the Company's Audited Financial Report as of
December 31, 2022, these transactions are not included in
material transactions as stipulated in OJK Regulation No.
1/POJK.04/2020 concerning Material Transactions and
Changes in Business Activities
