RUPSLB telah dihadiri oleh pemegang saham dan kuasa pemegang saham yang mewakili 2.393.333.000 (dua miliar tiga ratus sembilan puluh tiga juta tiga ratus tiga puluh tiga ribu) saham atau 75,989 dari 3.150.000.000 (tiga miliar seratus lima puluh juta) saham yang merupakan jumlah seluruh saham dengan hak suara yang sah yang telah dikeluarkan Perseroan. Untuk memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No: 15/POJK.04/2020 Pasal 49 tentang Ringkasan Risalah, terlampir Ringkasan Risalah RUPSLB Perseroan yang dibuat oleh Ibu Christina Dwi Utami, SH., M.HUM., M.KN, Kantor Notaris di Jakarta Barat, sebagaimana termaktub dalam Akta Berita Acara RUPSLB nomor 162 tertanggal 27 Juli 2023 (dengan Surat Keterangan Notaris terlampir). The EGMS was attended by shareholders and their proxies representing 2,393,333,000 (two billion three hundred ninety-three million three hundred thirty-three thousand) shares or 75.9896 of 3,150,000,000 (three billion one hundred and fifty million) shares which constitute the total number of shares with valid voting rights issued by the Company. To fulfil the provisions of the Financial Services Authority Regulation No.15/POJK.04/2020 Article 49 regarding Summary of Minutes, hereby we attached the Summary of Minutes of Meeting of the EGMS of the Company made by Ibu Christina Dwi Utami, SH, M.HUM, M.KN, Notary Office in West Jakarta, as stated in the Deed of Minutes of EGMS number 162 dated July 27, 2023 (with the Notarial Certificate attached).
