Pengungkapan catatan atas utang bank jangka Berdasarkan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham PT Red Planet Hotels Indonesia (RPHI) tanggal 24 April Disclosure of notes for long-term bank loans
panjang 2019, RPHI menjaminkan tanah dan bangunan Hotel Red Planet Pasar Baru sebagai jaminan Fasilitas
Kredit yang diberikan oleh PT Bank Victoria International, Tbk ("Bank") kepada Perusahaan sebesar
Rp25.000.000.000 dengan jangka waktu fasilitas selama 72 bulan, suku bunga 11,5%. Perjanjian
tersebut telah mengalami beberapa kali perubahan, perubahan terakhir yaitu berdasarkan Pengubahan
II terhadap Perjanjian Kredit dengan Memakai Jaminan No. 67 tanggal 4 Mei 2021 antara PT Bank
Victoria International Tbk. dengan Perusahaan, kedua belah pihak menyetujui hal-hal sebagai berikut:
1. Penundaan pembayaran pokok hutang selama dua belas bulan, dimana pembayaran cicilan pokok
hutang akan dimulai kembali pada tanggal 1 April 2022; 2. Tingkat suku bunga pinjaman adalah 11%
per tahun 3. Perubahan jangka waktu fasilitas menjadi sampai dengan 25 Oktober 2026.
