   PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk (BDKR) Raih Pertumbuhan
       Kinerja yang Gemilang pada Semester Pertama 2023

Jakarta, 28 Juli 2023 — PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk (“Perseroan”) telah merilis informasi kinerja
semester pertama 2023. Perseroan mencatatkan capaian keuangan yang menggembirakan dibandingkan
dengan periode yang sama di tahun sebelumnya. Peningkatan ini datang dari kenaikan pendapatan dari
rental yang mencapai 116% dan kontrak maintenance PLTB (Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Bayu) yang baru
saja diselesaikan pada bulan Juni 2023.


Kinerja Keuangan

Pada kuartal kedua tahun 2023, Perseroan meraup pendapatan sebesar Rp 278,67 Miliar, meningkat
sebesar Rp 55,9 Miliar atau 25% dari jumlah pendapatan pada periode yang sama di tahun 2022. Laba
bersih Perseroan meningkat sebesar Rp 34,39 Miliar, naik sebesar Rp 20 Miliar atau 140% dari periode
yang sama di tahun 2022. Selanjutnya, EBITDA Perseroan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 41% dari Juni
2022 menjadi Rp 128,3 Miliar pada Juni 2023.

Jika dibandingkan dengan kuartal pertama 2023, jumlah pendapatan Perseroan meningkat sebesar Rp
133 Miliar atau sebesar 92%. Laba bersih Perseroan turut meningkat sebesar Rp 16 Miliar atau 90%.
Sementara EBITDA juga mengalami peningkatan sebesar Rp 64,74 Miliar atau 102%.



Strategi Perseroan

Memasuki semester kedua 2023, Perseroan tetap berkomitmen untuk terus mendorong performa
perusahaan. Perseroan telah mempersiapkan beberapa strategi yang salah satunya berfokus pada sektor
rental dengan membidik penyewaan crane dan alat berat ke beberapa proyek smelter dalam negeri.
Beberapa proyek smelter tersebut di antaranya SGAR di Mempawah (PT Antam Tbk), Bahodopi (PT Vale
Indonesia Tbk), dan Amman Mineral Project yang berlokasi di Benete (PT Amman Mineral Internasional
Tbk).

Selain itu, Perseroan juga telah berhasil mengamankan kontrak konstruksi dermaga dan jembatan senilai
Rp 199 Miliar sampai paruh tahun 2023 yang meliputi:

   1. Konstruksi Terminal Kalibaru tahap 1B Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok.
   2. Konstruksi fender dan bangunan pelengkap jembatan pulau Balang Bentang Panjang (proyek
      akses ke Ibu Kota Negara atau IKN).
   3. Duplikasi jembatan pulau Balang Bentang Pendek (proyek akses ke IKN).
   4. Proyek dermaga terminal kawasan industri Morowali dengan PT Hillcon Jaya Sakti.
   5. Eastjava Multipurpose Terminal 1A & 1B Lamongan.

Pondasi Perkasa Tbk telah melebihi target kinerja di paruh tahun 2023 ini. Didukung oleh multi

    PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk (BDKR) Achieves Brilliant
        Performance Growth in the First Semester of 2023


Jakarta, July 28th 2023 — PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk (the “Company”) has released performance
disclosure for the first half of 2023. The company recorded encouraging financial results compared to the
same period in the previous year. This increase came from growth in rental income which reached 116%
and the PLTB (Wind Power Plant) maintenance contract which was just completed in June 2023.



Financial performance

In the second quarter of 2023, the Company earned revenue of IDR 278.67 billion, an increase of IDR 55.9
billion or 25% of the total revenue in the same period in 2022. The company's net profit increased by IDR
34.39 billion, an increase of IDR 20 billion or 140% from the same period in 2022. Furthermore, the
Company's EBITDA increased by 41% from June 2022 to IDR 128.3 billion in June 2023.

When compared to the first quarter of 2023, the Company's total revenue increased by IDR 133 billion or
92%. The Company's net profit also increased by IDR 16 billion or 90%. Meanwhile, EBITDA also increased
by IDR 64.74 billion or 102%.



Company Strategy

Entering the second semester of 2023, the Company remains committed to continue to drive the
company's performance. The company has prepared several strategies, one of which focuses on the rental
sector by targeting the rental of cranes and heavy equipment to several domestic smelter projects. Some
of these smelter projects include SGAR in Mempawah (PT Antam Tbk), Bahodopi (PT Vale Indonesia Tbk),
and the Amman Mineral Project located in Benete (PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk).

In addition, the Company has also succeeded in securing jetty and bridge construction contracts worth of
IDR 199 billion until mid-2023 which includes:

    1. Construction of Kalibaru Terminal phase 1B of Tanjung Priok Port.
    2. Construction of fenders and complementary buildings to Pulau Balang Bentang Panjang bridge
       (access project to the National Capital City or IKN).
    3. Duplication of Pulau Balang Bentang Pendek bridge (access project to IKN).
    4. Morowali industrial area terminal wharf project with PT Hillcon Jaya Sakti.
    5. Eastjava Multipurpose Terminals 1A & 1B Lamongan.
