Elnusa Wins Very Good Predicate at the 2023 HR
Excellence Award
Jakarta, 27 July 2023 - PT Elnusa Tbk (Elnusa), a leading company providing energy services which is a member of
Pertamina's Upstream Subholding, won an award at the 2023 Indonesia Human Resources (HR) Excellence Award
event organized by SWA Media at the ShangriLa Hotel Jakarta on Thursday, (20 /7). On this occasion Elnusa won
an award in the Reward Management & Talent Retention Strategy category with the title Very Good. Elnusa is
considered to have succeeded in implementing excellent Human Resources (HR) practices in corporate
governance.
The Indonesia HR Excellence Award is an annual event held with the aim of being a platform for companies to be
able to measure HR progress and success in managing HR effectively for the company's progress. This event can
also foster motivation to carry out innovative HR programs to improve company performance to achieve the
company's vision and mission.
Elnusa HR & General Director, Hera Handayani expressed her pride and happiness for the achievements achieved.
