Semester I 2023, HAIS Sukses Bukukan Pertumbuhan Laba Bersih 93,9%
di Tengah Penurunan Harga Komoditas
Jakarta, 27 Juli 2023 - PT Hasnur Internasional Shipping Tbk (“Perseroan”; IDX ticker: “HAIS”),
perseroan penyedia logistik dan transportasi laut terkemuka di Indonesia, hari ini
mengumumkan pencapaian kinerja semester I 2023. Perseroan sukses membukukan laba
bersih sebesar Rp87,44 miliar pada semester I 2023, tumbuh 93,9% dibandingkan dengan
perolehan pada semester I 2022 yang sebesar Rp45,09 miliar.
Perolehan laba tersebut ditopang oleh kesuksesan Perseroan membukukan pendapatan yang
mencapai Rp453,21 miliar atau tumbuh sebesar 44,4% dari Rp313,77 miliar pada periode
yang sama tahun lalu. Sementara itu, Perseroan juga berhasil membukukan laba usaha pada
semester I 2023 sebesar Rp92,61 milliar, tumbuh sebesar 88,9% dibanding perolehan laba
usaha semester I 2022 yang sebesar Rp49,02 miliar.
“Puji syukur Perseroan dapat mencatat keuntungan yang cukup signifikan pada enam bulan
pertama tahun 2023 di tengah harga komoditas yang sedang mengalami penurunan.
Pencapaian kinerja ini tak lepas dari kinerja tim kami yang terus mengutamakan efektivitas
dan operational excellence, serta pelayanan yang optimal kepada seluruh pemangku
kepentingan yang berdampak positif terhadap kelancaran bisnis dan operasional kami, di
tengah harga komoditas yang sedang mengalami penurunan,” ungkap Direktur Keuangan
Perseroan Rickie.
Lebih lanjut Rickie menuturkan pertumbuhan pendapatan perseroan seiring dengan
pertumbuhan kinerja operasional di mana terdapat peningkatan jumlah muatan kargo sebesar
33,6% pada semester 1 2023 menjadi 5,24 juta metrik ton (MT) kargo dari 3,92 juta MT pada
periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya. Semester I 2023 lalu, muatan kargo didominasi oleh
kargo batu bara sebesar 97,3% dan sisanya mengangkut kargo gypsum dan kayu. Adapun
segmen usaha pelayaran menjadi kontributor utama pertumbuhan kinerja dengan kontribusi
98,16% yaitu sebesar Rp444,85 miliar terhadap total pendapatan, sedangkan 1,84%
dikontribusikan dari segmen usaha bongkar muat.
Hingga akhir 2023, Perseroan menargetkan peningkatan jumlah muatan kargo mencapai 9,8
juta MT, naik 11,3% dari realisasi total muatan pada 2022 yang sebesar 8,8 juta MT. Pada
semester II 2023, Perseroan berencana menambah 3 set armada kapal tunda (tug boat) and
tongkang (barge).

HAIS Successfully Books Net Profit Growth of 93.9% in 1H 2023
amidst Decline in Commodity Prices
Jakarta, July 27, 2023 - PT Hasnur Internasional Shipping Tbk (“the Company”; IDX ticker:
“HAIS”), a leading marine logistics and transportation provider in Indonesia, today announced
its results for the first half of 2023. The company successfully recorded a net profit of IDR 87.44
billion in the first semester of 2023, growing 93.9% compared to the achievement in the first
semester of 2022 which amounted to IDR 45.09 billion.
The profit gain was supported by the Company's success in recording revenue which reached
IDR 453.21 billion or grew by 44.4% from IDR 313.77 billion in the same period last year.
Meanwhile, the Company also managed to record an operating profit in the first semester of
2023 of IDR 92.61 billion, a growth of 88.9% compared to the acquisition of operating profit in
the first semester of 2022 which amounted to IDR 49.02 billion.
"Thankfully, the Company was able to record a significant profit in the first six months of 2023
amidst declining commodity prices. This performance achievement is inseparable from the
performance of our team which continues to prioritize effectiveness and operational
excellence, as well as optimal service to all stakeholders which has a positive impact on the
smooth running of our business and operations, amidst declining commodity prices," said the
Company's Director of Finance Rickie.
Rickie further said that the company's revenue growth was in line with the growth in operational
performance where there was an increase in the number of cargos loads by 33.6% in semester
1 2023 to 5.24 million metric tons (MT) of cargo from 3.92 million MT in the same period the
previous year. In the first semester of 2023, coal cargo was dominated by 97.3% and the rest
was carried by gypsum and wood cargo. The shipping business segment was the main
contributor to performance growth with a contribution of 98.16%, namely IDR 444.85 billion to
total revenue, while 1.84% was contributed by the loading and unloading business segment.
Until the end of 2023, the Company targets an increase in the amount of cargo to reach 9.8
million MT, an increase of 11.3% from the realization of the total cargo in 2022 which amounted
to 8.8 million MT. In the second semester of 2023, the Company plans to add 3 sets of tug
boats and barges.
