Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material PT Blue Bird Tbk telah menerima salinan Copy Resmi Putusan
Perkara Perdata atas gugatan yang diajukan oleh Sdri. Elliana
Wibowo ("Penggugat") di bawah register perkara No.
677/Pdt.G/2022/PN.Jkt.Sel., yang salah satunya ditujukan
kepada PT Blue Bird Tbk ("Perseroan") sebagai Tergugat IX
("Perkara 677").
Pada tanggal 25 Mei 2023 Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Negeri
Jakarta Selatan dalam sidang melalui e-court telah memutus
Perkara 677, dengan amar putusan dalam pokok perkara:
"Menolak Gugatan Penggugat Untuk Seluruhnya"
Selanjutnya atas putusan tersebut sampai batas waktu yang
ditentukan oleh hukum, Penggugat tidak mengajukan upaya
hukum banding dan Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan telah
melakukan minutasi atas berkas Perkara 677 tersebut.
Dengan tidak adanya permohonan banding dari Penggugat
atas Putusan Perkara 677, maka Putusan Perkara 677 telah
berkekuatan hukum tetap (Inkracht van Gewijsde).
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, kondisi
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Decision on Lawsuit against PT Blue Bird Tbk

Description of Material Information or PT Blue Bird Tbk has received a copy of the Official Copy of
Facts the Civil Case Decision on the lawsuit filed by Ms. Elliana
Wibowo ("Plaintiff") under case register No.
677/Pdt.G/2022/PN.Jkt.Sel., one of which was addressed to
PT Blue Bird Tbk ("Company") as Defendant IX ("Case 677").
On May 25, 2023, the Panel of Judges of the South Jakarta
District Court in a hearing through e-court has decided Case
677, with the following verdict in the main case: "Rejecting the
Plaintiff's Lawsuit Completely".
Subsequently, the Plaintiff did not file an appeal against the
verdict until the time limit prescribed by law, and the South
Jakarta District Court has conducted the minutation of the
Case 677 file.
In the absence of an appeal from the Plaintiff against the
Decision in Case 677, the Decision in Case 677 has
permanent legal force (Inkracht van Gewijsde).
