Penyampaian Informasi, Perseroan akan menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan Interim Tengah Tahunan untuk periode
yang berakhir pada tanggal 30 Juni 2023 paling lambat pada akhir bulan ketiga setelah tanggal Laporan Keuangan
Tengah Tahunan tersebut.

Soechi Lines Tbk. will submit Second Quarter Financial Statement for the 2023 fiscal year, which will be Audited by
Public Accountant.
Other Information
Due to the audit of the Financial Statements, and in accordance with the provisions of OJK Regulation Number
14/POJK.04/2022 about Submission of Periodic Financial Statements of Issuer or Public Company, and the Decree of
the Board of Directors of Indonesia Stock Exchange Number Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 about the Amendment of
Regulation Number I-E about Obligation of Information Submission, the Company will submit the Interim Semi-Annual
Financial Statements for the period ending on June 30, 2023 no later than the end of the third month after the Semi-
Annual Financial Statements date.
