Established in 2001. In 2003 expanded the business in property developmet & agency. It
started with developing 10 unit villas in Seminyak, Bali. Listed in Stock Exchange in 2005.
It vision is to become the foremost company in Property Development, Accomodation
Services and Catering Services in Indonesia, that give maximum benefit to its
shareholders.

8. Business Plan Summary 2023-2024 • ICON akan menjajagi peluang menyewakan (long lease) untuk Villa / Kondotel yang belum terjual. Hal ini adalah Upaya menangkap peluang banyaknya pendatang dari Eropa yang terkena imbas perang Rusia - Ukraina • ICON harus melihat peluang-peluang yang lain untuk menggantikan bisnis Villa serta mengembangkan usaha “Beach Club” yang sudah beroperasi sejak Agustus 2022. • ICON akan tetap mendorong PSS agar lebih memperluas jangkauan usahanya, selain mencari mitra usaha baru juga akan menjajaki kemungkinan membuka usaha retail dibidang Kuliner. Sedangkan untuk bidang Property, ICON akan mencari peluang lain selain membangun Perumahan/Pemukiman. 11
