Tbk tanggal 29 Mei 2023, yang telah menyetujui Perubahan
Anggaran Dasar untuk dapat disesuaikan dengan Peraturan
Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (POJK) No. 14/POJK.04/2022
tentang Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Berkala Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik, dengan ini Perseroan menginfokan bahwa
Perseroan melakukan penyesuaian Anggaran Dasar
Perseroan pada Pasal 17 ayat 5.
Perubahan Anggaran Dasar tersebut dimuat dalam akta yang
dibuat oleh Sitaresmi Puspadewi Subianto S.H., M.Kn, Notaris
di Surabaya, tertanggal 24 Juli 2023 Nomor 44 dan telah
mendapat surat Penerimaan Pemberitahuan Perubahan
Anggaran Dasar dari Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi
Manusia Republik Indonesia tertanggal 27 Juli 2023 No. AHU-
AH.01.03-0097282.

Amendment of the Article of Association of the Company
Type of Material Information or Facts related to POJK No. 14/POJK.04/2022
Description of Material Information or In connection with the Annual General Meeting of
Facts Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Saraswanti Anugerah Makmur
Tbk dated May 29, 2023, which approved the Amendment to
the Articles of Association to be adjusted to the Financial
Services Authority Regulation ("POJK") No. 14/POJK.04/2022
concerning Submission of Periodic Financial Statements of
Issuers or Public Companies, the Company hereby informs
that the Company has adjusted the Company's Articles of
Association in Article 17, paragraph 5.
The amendment to the Articles of Association is contained in a
deed by Sitaresmi Puspadewi Subianto S.H., M.Kn, Notary in
Surabaya, dated July 24th, 2023 No. 44 and has received a
letter of Acceptance of Notification of Amendment to the
Articles of Association from the Ministry of Law and Human
Rights of the Republic of Indonesia dated July 27th, 2023 No.
AHU-AH.01.03-0097282.
