Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubung dengan terjadinya kendala pada proses validasi di
sistem XBRL IDXNET (bukti terlampir), disertai dengan Surat
Pernyataan Direksi tentang Tanggung Jawab atas Laporan
Keuangan Perusahaan yang telah ditandatangani pada 24 Juli
2023. Berdasarkan ketentuan No 14 /POJK.04/2022 Pasal 7
bahwa penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Berkelanjutan
dilakukan 2 Hari Kerja setelah ditandatangani manajemen,
maka dari itu kami melakukan pelaporan laporan keuangan
menggunakan E019 untuk tetap sesuai dengan peraturan
yang berlaku, sedangkan untuk pelaporan menggunakan
XBRL akan tetap dilakukan oleh Emiten paling lambat sampai
batas akhir penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Tengah Tahun
pada tanggal 31 Juli 2023.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,

Description of Material Information or Regarding the occurrence of errorness during the validation
Facts process in the XBRL IDXNET system (evidence attached),
along with the Board of Directors' Letter of Statement for the
Responsibility of the Company's Financial Statements, which
was signed on July 24, 2023. Based on the provision No.
14/POJK.04/2022 Article 7, which states that the submission of
Financial Reports must be done within 2 working days after
management's signature, we have opted to report the financial
statements using E019 to comply with the applicable
regulations. However, for reporting using XBRL, the company
will proceed with it no later than the deadline for the
submission of the Mid-Year Financial Statements, which is on
July 31, 2023.
