Mengacu pada Peraturan OJK No. 55/POJK.04/2015 tentang Pembentukan dan Pedoman Pelaksanaan
Kerja Komite Audit, bersama ini kami informasikan bahwa berdasarkan Keputusan Dewan Komisaris
Perusahaan No. 21/AJSMSIG-SK/VII/2023 tertanggal 21 Juli 2023, Perusahaan telah melakukan
perubahan susunan Komite Audit Perusahaan efektif per tanggal 27 Juni 2023, dengan perubahan

Referring to OJK Regulation No. 55/POJK.04/2015 concerning the Establishment and Guidelines for the
Implementation on Work of Audit Committee, we herewith inform that based on Decision of the
Company’s Board of Commissioners No. 21/AJSMSIG-SK/VII/2023 dated July 21, 2023, the Company
has made changes to the composition of Company’s Audit Committee effective as of June 27, 2023, with
changes as follows:
