Amir Sunarko transferred some of his shares in SLJ Global Tbk while PT SAS Global Jaya and Carriedo Limited transferred all of their shares to Natureverse Inc. (Pte. Ltd), a company indirectly controlled by Amir Sunarko. 7. | Status kepemilikan saham / Share ownership » | Kepemilikan langsung /Direct Ownership status Sejak tanggal transaksi Amir Sunarko memiliki saham di PT SLJ Global Tbk secara langsung sebesar 8,1696, dan secara tidak langsung melalui Natureverse sejumlah 51,006. Transaksi ini tidak menyebabkan perubahan pengendalian di PT SLJ Global Tbk./ Since the transaction date, Amir Sunarko owns shares in PT SLJ Global Tbk directly amounting to 8.1646, and indirecily through Natureverse amounting to 51.006.
