Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dengan hormat,
Mengacu pada :
1. Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik
Indonesia Nomor 14 /POJK.04/2022 Tentang Penyampaian
Laporan Keuangan Berkala Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik;
dan
2. Peraturan Nomor I-E : Tentang Kewajiban
Penyampaian Informasi, Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek
Jakarta, Nomor : Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021 tertanggal 29
Januari 2021;
Maka dengan ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan akan
melakukan audit atas Laporan Keuangan Tengah Tahun
Perseroan (Per 30 Juni 2023).
Dengan demikian, penyampaikan laporan keuangan dimaksud
kepada masyarakat, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan Bursa Efek
Indonesia akan dilakukan sesuai ketentuan tersebut di atas,
yaitu paling lambat pada akhir bulan ketiga setelah tanggal
laporan keuangan.

Facts Refers to :
1. Regulation of the Financial Services Authority of the
Republic of Indonesia Number 14 /POJK.04/2022 concerning
Submission of Periodic Financial Reports of Issuers or Public
Companies; And
2. Regulation Number I-E : Regarding the Obligation to Submit
Information, Decision of the Board of Directors of the Jakarta
Stock Exchange, Number : Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021 dated 29
January 2021;
So we hereby inform you that the Company will conduct an
audit of the Company's Mid-Year Financial Statements (as of
30 June 2023).
Accordingly, the submission of the intended financial reports to
the public, the Financial Services Authority and the Indonesia
Stock Exchange will be carried out in accordance with the
above provisions, namely no later than the end of the third
month after the date of the financial statements.
