RAPAT UMUM PEMEGANG SAHAM LUAR BIASA

(“Perseroan”)
Merujuk pada Pengumuman Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (“Rapat”) yang telah
diumumkan melalui situs web PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, situs web Perseroan dan situs web
penyedia e-RUPS (eASY KSEI), pada hari Jumat tanggal 7 Juli 2023 (“Pengumuman”). Dengan ini
diberitahukan bahwa Rapat yang semula akan dilaksanakan pada hari Selasa, tanggal 15 Agustus
2023 dengan mata acara Persetujuan penambahan kegiatan usaha Perusahaan Terkendali
Perseroan yaitu PT Sinarniaga Sejahtera sesuai dengan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
No.17/POJK.04/2020 tentang Transaksi Material dan Perubahan Kegiatan Usaha, oleh karena satu
dan lain hal dengan sangat terpaksa kami tunda untuk waktu yang belum dapat ditentukan.
Demikian pengumuman ini kami sampaikan kepada para pemegang saham Perseroan untuk dapat
diketahui.

EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
PT GARUDAFOOD PUTRA PUTRI JAYA Tbk
(the “COMPANY”)
We refer to the Announcement of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders ("Meeting")
which has been announced through the website of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, the Company's
website and the website of the e-GMS provider (eASY KSEI), on Friday, July 7, 2023
(“Announcement”). Hereby notified that the Meeting which was originally scheduled to be held
on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 with the agenda of Approval of the addition of business activities of
the Company's Controlled Company, namely PT Sinarniaga Sejahtera in accordance with the
Financial Services Authority Regulation No.17/POJK.04/2020 on Material Transactions and
Changes in Business Activities, due to one or another reason we regretfully decide to adjourn it
for an undetermined time.
Thus we convey this announcement to the shareholders of the Company for their information.
