Granting of Security shall constitute Affiliated Transactions as referred to in OJK Regulation No. | 42/2020, but considering Granting of'Security is provided to secure the loan received directly by the Company from the bank, therefore based on the provisions in Article 6 paragraph (1) of OJK Regulation No. 42/2020, Grating Security is exempted from complying with the provisions stated in Article 4 paragraph (1) of OJK Regulation No 42/2020. Apabila terdapat perbedaan antara versi Bahasa Indonesia dan versi Bahasa Inggris, maka yang berlaku adalah versi Bahasa Indonesia dan versi Bahasa Inggris akan diartikan mengikuti Bahasa Indonesia.
