Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan akan berakhirnya masa efektif
pernyataan pendaftaran dalam rangka Penawaran Umum
Berkelanjutan Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Bank KB Bukopin
Tahap I Tahun 2021 dan Obligasi Subordinasi Berkelanjutan
III Bank KB Bukopin Tahap I Seri A dan Seri B Tahun 2021
pada tanggal 31 Agustus 2023. Merujuk pada Pasal 12 POJK
No 36/POJK.04/2014 tentang Penawaran Umum
Berkelanjutan Efek Bersifat Utang dan/atau Sukuk dengan ini
kami laporkan:
1. PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (Perseroan) tidak akan
melanjutkan kembali penerbitan tahap selanjutnya atas :
a. Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan Obligasi
Berkelanjutan I Bank KB Bukopin Tahap I Tahun 2021 yang
memiliki sisa plafond sebesar Rp. 1 triliun
b. Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan Obligasi
Subordinasi Berkelanjutan III Bank KB Bukopin Tahap I Seri A
dan Seri B Tahun 2021 yang memiliki sisa plafond sebesar
Rp. 1 triliun
2. Adapun alasan penghentian PUB tersebut
dikarenakan pada bulan Mei 2023 PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk
(Perseroan) telah melakukan aksi korporasi berupa PUT VII
tahun 2023 dengan total nilai sebesar Rp. 11,99 Triliun. Atas
hal tersebut saat ini dirasa pemenuhan permodalan dan
likuiditas Perseroan sudah cukup memadai
Dana yang telah kami himpun melalui penerbitan tahap
pertama, diantaranya :
1. Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan Obligasi
Berkelanjutan I Bank KB Bukopin Tahap I Tahun 2021
Sebesar Rp. 1 Triliun
2. Obligasi Subordinasi Berkelanjutan III Bank KB
Bukopin Tahap I Seri A dan Seri B Tahun 2021 Sebesar Rp. 1
Triliun
Dana tersebut sepenuhnya telah digunakan sesuai dengan
Laporan Realisasi Penggunaan Dana (LRPD) (terlampir) :
1. No.01624/DIR/I/2022 pada tanggal 31 Januari 2022
2. No.08904/DIR/VII/2022 pada tanggal 15 Juli 2022
3. No.00410/DIR/I/2023 pada tanggal 5 Januari 2023

Description of Material Information or In connection with approaching the end of the effective period
Facts of the Continuous Public Offering of Shelf Registration Bond I
Bank KB Bukopin Phase I Year 2021 and Shelf Registration
Subordinated Bond III Bank KB Bukopin Phase I Series A and
Series B Year 2021 on August 31, 2023. Referring to Article 12
of Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 36/POJK.
04/2014 regarding Continuous Public Offering of Debt
Securities and/or Sukuk we hereby report the following:
1. PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (the Company) will not
proceed with the subsequent issuance of :
a. Continuous Public Offering of Shelf Registration Bond
I Bank KB Bukopin Phase I Year 2021 which has a remaining
ceiling of IDR 1 Trillion.
b. Continuous Public Offering of Shelf Registration
Subordinated Bond III Bank KB Bukopin Phase I Series A and
Series B Year 2021 which has a remaining ceiling of IDR 1
Trillion.
2. The reason for the termination of the bond issuance is due
to the corporate action in the form of PUT VII year 2023
undertaken by PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (the Company) in
May 2023 with a total value of IDR 11,99 trillion. For that
matter, the current fulfillment of the companys capital and
liquidity is considered adequate.
The funds that we have raised through the first phase issuance
include:
1. Continuous Public Offering of Shelf Registration Bond
I Bank KB Bukopin Phase I Year 2021, with a value of IDR 1
trillion.
2. Continuous Public Offering of Shelf Registration
Subordinated Bond III Bank KB Bukopin Phase I Series A and
Series B Year 2021, with a value of IDR 1 trillion.
The funds have been fully utilized in accordance with the Fund
Utilization Report (LRPD) (attached) :
1. No. 01624/DIR/I/2022 on January 31st, 2022.
2. No. 08904/DIR/VII/2022 on July 15th, 2022.
3. No. 00410/DIR/I/2023 on January 5th, 2023.
