bahwa Laporan Keuangan Interim Konsolidasian Perseroan
per tanggal 30 Juni 2023 akan diaudit oleh Kantor Akuntan
Publik Mirawati Sensi Idris (Moore Global Network Limited.
Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut diatas, Perseroan wajib
menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian per tanggal
30 Juni 2023 kepada Bursa Efek Indonesia dan Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan paling lambat tanggal 30 September 2023.

Limited.
In relation to the above, the Company is required to submit
Consolidated Financial Statements as of 30 June 2023 to the
Indonesia Stock Exchange and the Financial Services
