jumlah saham tercatat setelah konversi adalah 3.566.407.557 saham. Tanggal Efektif Pencatatan Saham adalah 24
Juli 2023.

Based on BAE Letter No.: 007/DIR-RSR/ASSA-OK/2023 dated July 21, 2023, there are 17 units of Adi Sarana
Armada I Year 2021 Convertible Bonds (Bonds). With this conversion, the Exchange will record shares on the
results of the conversion of the Bonds, namely the addition of the number of shares: 17 shares and the number of
registered shares after the conversion is 3,566,407,557 shares. The Effective Date of Listing of Shares is 24 July
2023.
