Nilai transaksi atas penjualan saham tersebut adalah sebesar

Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta PT Belayan River Timber yang merupakan entitas anak dan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan dimiliki 99.32% oleh Perseroan akan memiliki 99.0% saham
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, PT Narkata Rimba.
