Sehubungan dengan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa
Keuangan (“POJK”) Nomor 30/POJK.04/2015
perihal Laporan Realisasi Penggunaan Dana
Hasil Penawaran Umum, dengan ini kami
sampaikan Laporan Realisasi Penggunaan
Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum Terbatas VI
(PUT VIP) PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk
(“Perseroan) posisi per 30 Juni 2023.

Sebagai informasi, dana yang telah dihimpun
Perseroan dalam Aksi Korporasi Perseroan
adalah sebesar Rp 7.042.857.796.800,- ( tujuh
triliun empat puluh dua miliar delapan ratus lima
puluh tujuh juta tujuh ratus sembilan puluh
enam ribu delapan ratus Rupiah) sebelum
dikurangi biaya emisi atas PUT VI. Biaya emisi
untuk PUT VI adalah sebesar Rp
4.252.382.010,- (empat miliar dua ratus lima
puluh dua juta tiga ratus delapan puluh dua ribu
sepuluh Rupiah), sehingga hasil bersih dana
yang telah dihimpun Perseroan pada PUT VI
adalah sebesar Rp 7.038.605.414.790,- (tujuh
triliun tiga puluh delapan miliar enam ratus lima
juta empat ratus empat belas ribu tujuh ratus
sembilan puluh Rupiah). Dana yang telah
dihimpun tersebut akan digunakan sesuai
dengan Prospektus yang sudah di publikasikan
oleh Perseroan, yakni 1646 untuk investasi
dalam kaitannya untuk pengembangan di
bidang IT dan 8476 untuk ekspansi kredit baru
berkualitas baik yang akan di fokuskan pada
segmen ritel dan link bisnis UKM, Komersil, dan
Indonesia-Korea Business Link.

Re : Realization Report of Use of Proceeds
on Limited Public Offering VI (“LPO VI”)
per 30 Juni 2023

Refers to the Financial Services Authority
Regulation (“POJK”) Number 30/POJK.04/2015
regarding the Report on the Realization of Use
of Proceeds from the Public Offering, we hereby
submit a Report on the Realization of Use of
Proceeds on Limited Public Offering VI (“LPO
VI) of PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (“The
Company”) as of June 30" 2023.

For information, the funds that have been
collected by the company in Corporate Actions
amounted to IDR 7.042.857.796.800,- (seven
trillion forty-two billion eight hundred fifty-seven
million seven hundred ninety-six thousand and
eight hundred Rupiah) before deducting the
issuance costs of LPO VI. The issuance cost for
LPO VI is IDR 4.252.382.010,- (four billion two
hundred fifty two million three hundred eighty-
two thousand and ten Rupiah), so that the net
proceeds that have been raised by the
Company in LPO VI are IDR
7.038.605.414.790. (seven trillion thirty eight
bilion six hundred five million four hundred
fourteen thousand seven hundred and ninety
Rupiah). The funds that have been raised will
be used in accordance with Prospectus that has
been published by the Company, namely 16x
for investment in relation to IT sector
development and 844 for expansion of good
guality new loans whch will be focuses on the
retail segment and SME Business links,
commercial and Indonesia-Korea Business Link.
