Company planned to initiate a discretionary program for rewarding its employees with cash benefit. Cash benefit is
granted with conditions that is needs to be held in the form of restricted share of the company for 2 years (24 months)
period and shall be released only if the employee remain with the company until ends of lock up period. There were 77
eligible employees who receive this reward in period of July 2023 - June 2024.
