Konversi Adi Sarana Armada I Tahun 2021 (Obligasi) sebanyak 300 unit. Dengan adanya konversi tersebut, maka
Bursa melakukan pencatatan saham atas hasil konversi Obligasi yaitu penambahan jumlah Saham : 300 saham
dan jumlah saham tercatat setelah konversi adalah 3.566.407.540 saham. Tanggal Efektif Pencatatan Saham
adalah 20 Juli 2023.

Based on BAE Letter No.: 006/DIR-RSR/ASSA-OK/2023 dated 18 July 2023, there are conversions of Adi Sarana
Armada I Year 2021 Convertible Bonds (Bonds) of 300 units. With this conversion, the Exchange will record shares
on the results of the conversion of the Bonds, namely the addition of the number of shares: 300 shares and the
number of registered shares after the conversion is 3,566,407,540 shares. The Effective Date of Listing of Shares
is 20 July 2023.
