Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Sehubungan dengan surat dari Bursa Efek Indonesia perihal
Permintaan Penjelasan Atas Pemberitaan di media massa
yang diterima Perseroan hari Jumat, tanggal 14 Juli 2023
terkait pemberitaan yang menyangkut PT Wijaya Karya
Bangunan Gedung Tbk, pada Media Kontan, dengan judul
Berita Garap Dua Proyek IKN Nusantara, Wika Gedung
(WEGE) Bukukan Proyek Rp1,2 Triliun dapat Perseroan
sampaikan sebagai berikut :
a. Kebenaran atas pemberitaan tersebut
Bahwa benar Perseroan telah memperoleh kontrak baru
sebesar Rp 1,2 Triliun,
Kontrak baru tersebut didapatkan pada Tahun 2022 yaitu
Proyek Hunian Pekerja Konstruksi IKN dengan nilai kontrak
bruto sebesar Rp 442 Miliar, dan proyek Gedung Kemenko
Bidang Kemaritiman dan Investasi dengan kontrak baru bruto
sebesar Rp 746 Miliar sehingga Total kontrak yang berasal
dari IKN sampai dengan saat ini adalah Rp 1,2 Triliun Rupiah.
b. Upaya yang dilakukan Perseroan untuk memenuhi proyek
tersebut
Perseroan melakukan upaya dengan berusaha maksimal dan
yang terbaik dengan melibatkan teknologi BIM, dan
menawarkan percapatan konstriksi dengan menggunakan
teknologi Modular Volumetrics dalam tender proyek-proyek
IKN yang masih berjalan, agar Perseroan mendapatkan
kontrak baru dari proyek-proyek IKN yang disasar.
c. Dampak kejadian tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional
Perseroan

2. Informasi / kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat
mempengaruhi kelangsungan hidup Perusahaan serta
mempengaruhi harga saham Perusahaan.
Tidak ada kejadian yang material yang mempengaruhi
kelangsungan hidup Perusahaan serta mempengarhui harga
saham, kontrak baru dalam headline yang dimuat dalam
kontan tersebut merupakan proyek yang di dapat tahun 2022.

Description of Material Information or In connection with the letter from the Indonesia Stock
Facts Exchange regarding the Request for Explanation on the
Reporting in the mass media received by the Company on
Friday, July 14, 2023 regarding news relating to PT Wijaya
Karya Gedung Gedung Tbk, to Media Kontan, with the title
News Working on Two IKN Nusantara Projects, Wika Building
(WEGE) Books a Project of IDR 1.2 Trillion, the Company can
convey as follows:
a. The truth of the news
That it is true that the Company has obtained a new contract of
IDR 1.2 trillion,
The new contracts were obtained in 2022, namely the IKN
Construction Worker Residential Project with a gross contract
value of Rp. 442 billion, and the Coordinating Ministry for
Maritime Affairs and Investment Building projects with a gross
new contract of Rp. 746 billion so that the total contracts
originating from IKN to date are IDR 1.2 Trillion Rupiah.
b. Efforts made by the Company to fulfill the project
The Company is making efforts to make the best of it by
involving BIM technology, and offering construction
agreements using Modular Volumetrics technology in tenders
for IKN projects that are still ongoing, so that the Company
gets new contracts from targeted IKN projects.
c. The impact of this incident on the Company's operational
activities
There is no operational impact on the Company's operational
activities

the Company's shares.
There were no material events that affected the survival of the
Company and affected the share price, the new contract in the
headlines contained in the cash is a project that will be
obtained in 2022.
