Memenuhi peraturan POJK/NO.31/POJK.04/2015 tentang
Keterbukaan Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik Yang Harus Segera Diumumkan Kepada
Publik, dengan ini disampaikan bahwa pada tanggal 17 Juli
2023, PT. Batavia Prosperindo Internasional, Tbk. (Perseroan)
telah menerima pendapatan dividen interim tahun 2023 dari
PT. Batavia Prosperindo Aset Manajemen (BPAM), entitas
anak Perseroan, sebesar Rp.29.164.931.001,- (dua puluh
sembilan milyar seratus enam puluh empat juta sembilan ratus
tiga puluh satu ribu satu Rupiah).
BPAM adalah entitas anak yang sahamnya dimiliki oleh
Perseroan sejumlah 81.216 lembar saham atau 83,33%
kepemilikan atas BPAM.
Demikian Keterbukaan Informasi ini kami sampaikan, guna
memenuhi ketentuan peraturan perundangan di bidang pasar
modal yang berlaku.

Facts
In compliance with POJK/NO.31/POJK.04/2015 regarding the
Disclosure of Information or Material Fact by Issuer or Public
Company that Must be Announced to the Public Immediately,
we hereby informed that on 17 July 2023, PT. Batavia
Prosperindo Internasional, Tbk. (the Company) has received
interim dividend income in 2023 from PT. Batavia Prosperindo
Aset Manajemen (BPAM), a subsidiary of the Company,
amounting to Rp.29,164,931,001.- (twenty nine billion one
hundred sixty four million nine hundred thirty one thousand
and one Rupiah).
BPAM is a subsidiary whose shares are owned by the
Company in the amount of 81,216 shares or 83.33%
ownership of BPAM.
Thus we convey this Disclosure of Information, in order to
comply with the prevailing laws and regulations in the capital
market sector.
