("DSMS") telah mengalihkan seluruh sahamnya di PT Daya
Mas Geopatra Energi ("DMGE"), sebanyak 16.407 saham,
kepada PT DSSP Power Mas Sejahtera ("PMS").
Susunan pemegang saham DMGE setelah pengalihan saham
tersebut adalah sebagaimana terlampir.
DSMS dan PMS adalah entitas anak Perseroan dengan
kepemilikan efektif lebih dari 99%.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Restrukturisasi internal entitas anak ini tidak memiliki dampak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan signifikan terhadap kondisi keuangan Perseroan.

Facts transferred all of its shares in PT Daya Mas Geopatra Energi
("DMGE"), a total of 16,407 shares, to PT DSSP Power Mas
Sejahtera ("PMS").
The shareholding structure of DMGE after the transfer of
shares is as attached.
DSMS and PMS are subsidiaries of the Company with more
than 99% effective ownership.
