DSS energy and infrastructure Description of material information or facts On July 17, 2023, PT DSSP Power Mas Sejahtera (“PMS”) increased its authorized capital from Rp1,000,000,000 to Rp65,000,000,000 and increased its issued and paid-up capital from Rp250,000,000 to Rp16,408,000,000, with the issuance of 16,158 new shares which are fully subscribed by PT Daya Anugerah Sejati Utama (“DASU”). The shareholding structure of PMS after the above capital increase is as follows: Shareholder Numberof | Issued and Paid-up Shares Capital DASU 16,407 Rp16,407,000,000 The Company 1 Rp1,000,000 Total 16,408 Rp16,408,000,000 PMS and DASU are subsidiaries of the Company with more than 9996 effective ownership.
