Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material | Terkait Pernyataan dan Perubahan Kembali / Description of Material Information | Perjanjian Pinjam Meminjam antara Perseroan or Facts dengan EPI tanggal 3 Juli 2023, dimana Perseroan bertindak sebagai Pemberi Pinjaman dan EPI sebagai Peminjam dengan nilai maksimum pinjaman sebesar USD 17.000.000 (tujuh belas juta Dolar Amerika).
