Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk pada Peraturan PT Bursa Efek Indonesia nomor I-E
tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi - angka IV.2.11
dan Pasal 6.3.20 Perjanjian Perwaliamanatan Sukuk Ijarah
Berkelanjutan I Moratelindo Tahap II Tahun 2020 nomor 46
tanggal 17 Juli 2020 beserta perubahan-perubahannya, PT
Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk (Emiten) berencana untuk
melakukan pelunasan pokok Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan I
Moratelindo Tahap II Tahun 2020 seri A sebesar
Rp191.000.000.000 (Seratus Sembilan Puluh Satu Miliar
Rupiah), yang mana akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 11
Agustus 2023 (Sukuk II Seri A). Adapun kesiapan dana Emiten
terkait dengan pelunasan Sukuk II Seri A akan tersedia di
rekening KSEI selambat-lambatnya pada tanggal 10 Agustus
2023. Dalam hal Sukuk II Seri A telah dilunasi maka kami
akan menyampaikan Keterbukaan Informasi sesuai dengan
yang diamanatkan dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan Atas Informasi
Atau Fakta Material oleh emiten atau Perusahaan Publik.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak negatif
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,

Description of Material Information or Referring to regulations of Regulation of the Indonesia Stock
Facts Exchange number I-E regarding the Obligation of Information
Submission - number IV.2.11 and Article 6.3.20 of Moratelindo
Shelf Registration Ijarah Sukuk I Phase II Year 2020 Trustee
Agreement Number 46 dated 17 July 2020 and its
amendments, PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk (The Issuer)
plans to make repayments of the principal of Moratelindo
Shelf Registration Ijarah Sukuk I Phase II Year 2020 Series A
in the amount of IDR 191,000,000,000 (One Hundred Ninety
One Billion Rupiah), which will mature on August 11, 2023
(Sukuk II Series A). As for the readiness of the Issuer's funds
related to the repayment of the Sukuk II Series A will be
available in KSEI's account no later than August 10, 2023. In
terms of Sukuk II Series A has been repaid, we will submit
Information Disclosure as mandated in Financial Services
Authority Regulation number 31/POJK.04/2015 concerning
Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by issuers or Public
Companies.
