To fulfill the obligations in accordance with the
provisions of the Financial Services Authority
Regulation Number 30/POJK.04/2015 (“POJK
30/2015”) concerning Reports on the Realization of
the Use of Funds from a Public Offering, we herewith
submit a Report on the Realization of the Use of
Funds from an Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) of the
Company for the period up to 30 June 2023. The
Report on the Realization of Results of IPO that we
submit consists of:
1. Report on the Realization of the Use of Public
Offering Proceeds in a format adapted to the
Attachment of POJK 30/2015.
2. Appendix I: Detailed Report on Emission Costs
for the Implementation of IPO.
3. Appendix II: Detailed Report on Capital
Expenditure on the Use of Proceeds from IPO.
