Lapangan Banteng Timur No. 1-4 Jakarta 10710 Perihal : Laporan Realisasi Penggunaan Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum Terbatas VII (“PUT VII”) per 30 Juni 2023 Sehubungan dengan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“POJK”) Nomor 30/POJK.04/2015 perihal Laporan Realisasi Penggunaan Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum, dengan ini kami sampaikan Laporan Realisasi Penggunaan Dana Hasil Penawaran Umum Terbatas VII (PUT VII) PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (“Perseroan) posisi per 30 Juni 2023. Sebagai informasi, dana yang telah dihimpun Perseroan dalam Aksi Korporasi Perseroan adalah sebesar Rp11.999.999.969.200,- (sebelas triliun sembilan ratus sembilan puluh embilan miliar sembilan ratus sembilan puluh sembilan juta sembilan ratus enam puluh sembilan ribu dua ratus Rupiah) sebelum dikurangi biaya emisi atas PUT VII. Biaya emisi untuk PUT VII adalah sebesar Rp60.661.014.127,- (enam puluh miliar enam ratus enam puluh satu juta empat belas ribu seratus dua puluh tujuh Rupiah), sehingga hasil bersih dana yang telah dihimpun Perseroan pada PUT VI adalah sebesar Rp11.939.338.955.073,- (sebelas triliun sembilan ratus tiga puluh sembilan miliar tiga ratus tiga puluh delapan juta sembilan ratus lima puluh lima ribu tujuh puluh tiga Rupiah). Dana yang telah dihimpun tersebut akan digunakan sesuai dengan Prospektus yang sudah di publikasikan oleh Perseroan, yaitu tambahan investasi pada Perusahaan Anak serta sisanya akan digunakan untuk melakukan ekspansi kredit baru berkualitas baik, yang akan difokuskan pada segmen ritel, UKM, wholesale dan Indonesia-Korea business link. Re : Realization Report of Use of Proceeds on Limited Public Offering VII (“LPO VII”) per 30 Juni 2023 Refers to the Financial Services Authority Regulation (“POJK”) Number 30/POJK.04/2015 regarding the Report on the Realization of Use of Proceeds from the Public Offering, we hereby submit a Report on the Realization of Use of Proceeds on Limited Public Offering VII (“LPO VIP) of PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (“The Company”) as of June 30" 2023. For information, the funds that have been collected by the company in Corporate Actions amounted to IDR 11.999.999.969.200,- (eleven trilion nine hundred ninety-nine billion nine hundred ninety-nine million nine hundred sixty- nine thousand two hundred Rupiah) before deducting the issuance costs of LPO VII. The issuance cost for LPO VII is IDR60.661.014.127,- (sixty billion six hundred sixty-one million fourteen thousand one hundred twenty-seven Rupiah), so that the net proceeds that have been raised by the Company in LPO VII are IDR 11.939.338.955.073,- (eleven trillion nine hundred thirty-nine billion three hundred thirty-eight million nine hundred fifty-five thousand seventy-three Rupiah). The funds that have been raised will be used in accordance with the Prospectus that has been published by the Company, namely an additional investment in a Subsidiaries and the rest will be used to expand new good guality loans, which will be focused on the retail, SME, wholesale and Indonesia-Korea business link segments. k32

Haryono Kav, 50-51, Jakarta - 12770 T 462 21 1988266, 7989837 F 162 21 7980625, 7980238 www.kbbukopin.com Dari total dana yang sudah dihimpun sampai dengan posisi Juni 2023, Perseroan belum menggunakan dana tersebut untuk tambahan investasi pada Perusahaan Anak, sedangkan untuk melakukan ekspansi kredit baru berkualitas baik, yang akan difokuskan pada segmen ritel, UKM, wholesale dan Indonesia- Korea business link Perseroan telah mengeluarkan dana sebesar Rp538.983.645.870, - (lima ratus tiga puluh delapan miliar sembilan ratus delapan puluh tiga juta enam ratus empat puluh lima ribu delapan ratus tujuh puluh Rupiah). Demikian laporan ini disampaikan, atas perhatiannya kami ucapkan terima kasih.
