Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190 Dengan hormat, Menanggapi surat dari PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) nomer: S-05603/BEI.PP1/07-2023 tanggal 12 Juli 2023 perihal Permintaan Penjelasan atas Volatilitas Transaksi Efek, maka bersama ini kami untuk dan atas nama perusahaan PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk memberikan tanggapan sebagai berikut : 1. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Atau Fakta Material Oleh Emiten Atau Perusahaan Publik? Penjelasan: Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perseroan atau keputusan investasi pemodal. Perseroan telah melakukan Keterbukaan Informasi, dan tidak ada peristiwa, informasi atau fakta material yang belum disampaikan kepada publik oleh Perseroan. 2. Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor I-E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan butir point III.2.1. dan IV.2.1. Lampiran Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021. Penjelasan: Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek Perseroan atau keputusan investasi pemodal. Perseroan telah menyampaikan laporan berkala dan insidental dan melakukan Keterbukaan Informasi kepada publik, dan tidak ada peristiwa, informasi atau fakta material yang belum disampaikan kepada publik oleh Perseroan 3. Informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada public. Penjalasan: Sampai dengan saat ini, Perseroan telah mengungkapkan kepada publik semua informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan. Tidak ada informasi/fakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik oleh Perseroan.

Apakah Perseroan mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 11/POJK.04/2017 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka. Penjelasan: Perseroan telah melakukan Keterbukaan Informasi untuk penyampaian laporan berkala mengenai Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perseroan yang disampaikan kepada publik. 5. Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa (paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang)? Penjelasan : Sampai saat ini Perseroan belum ada rencana melakukan aksi Korporasi dalam waktu dekat. Dan Perseroan sebagai perusahaan public akan selalu berkomitmen untuk menyampaikan Keterbukaan Informasi sesuai dengan aturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang keterbukaan informasi atau fakta material oleh emiten atau Perusahaan Publik, serta Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021 dan Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi. Is the Company aware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of the company's securities or investors' investment decisions as stipulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding Disclosure of Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public Companies? Explanation: The Company doesn'i know of any information or materiai facis ihat may affeci the vaiue of ihe Company's securities or investors' investment decisions. The Company has conducted Information Disclosure, and there are no events, information or material facts that have not been submitted to the public by the Company. 2. Whether the Company is aware of any information or material facts that may affect the value of the company's securities or investors' investment decisions as stipulated in Regulation Number I-E: Obligation to Submit information provisions point iii.Z.1. and IV.2.1. Attachment to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Kep-00015/BE1/01-2021. Explanation: The Company doesn't know of any information or material facts that may affect the vaiue of ihe Company's securities or investors' investment decisions. There is no other material information/facts/events that have not been disclosed to the public by the Company. 4. Is the Company aware of the activities of certain sharehoidiers as stipulated in the Financiai Services Authority Regulation Number 11/POJK.04/2017 regarding Ownership Report or Any Change in Share Ownership of Public Companies. Explanation: The Company has conducted Information Disclosure for the submission of periodic reports regarding the Ownership Report or Any Change in the Company's Share Ownership submitted to the public. 5. Does the Company have any plans to conduct corporate actions in the near future, including corporate plans that will result in the listing of the Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at least in the next 3 months)? Explanation: Until the present, the Company has no plans to conduct any Corporate Actions in the near future. And the Company as a public company will always be committed to submitting Information Disclosure in accordance with the rules of the Financial Services Authority Number 31/POJK.04/2015 regarding the disclosure of information or material facts by issuers or Public Companies, and the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek indonesia Kep-00015/BEi/01-2021 and Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 regarding the Obligation to Submit Information.
