Facts Satria Raksa Buminusa (SRB), a subsidiary whose the entire
shares are indirectly owned by the Company. In relation to the
Intercompany Loan Agreement between the Company and
SRB dated 12 July 2023, that the Company acts as a Lender
and SRB as the Borrower with the validity period of the
agreement until 30 June 2025.
