Harga pembelian saham antara Rp. 62 s/d Rp. 66 per lembar saham. Date of transaction Tanggal Transaksi Transactions were carried out in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 3 July 2023 to 7 July 2023. Transaksi dilaksanakan melalui perdagangan di PT Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tanggal 3 Juli 2023 s/d tanggal 7 Juli 2023. Purpose of transaction Tujuan dari transaksi EGIL acguired the shares for the purpose to increase its investment and strengthen its share ownership as the Ultimate Beneficial Owner of BGTG. EGIL melakukan pembelian dalam rangka peningkatan investasi pada BGTG dan memperkuat kepemilikan saham sebagai Pemegang Saham Pengendali Terakhir (PSPT) BGTG.

EOUITY GLOBAL INTERNATIONAL LIMITED 6 | Share ownership status : | Share acguisition as mentioned above was direct Status Kepemilikan Saham ownership in addition to the indirect ownership of BGTG shares through PT Eguity Development Investment Tbk. Pembelian Saham sebagaimana dilaporkan diatas dicatat sebagai kepemilikan langsung oleh EGiL disamping kepemilikan secara tidak langsung atas saham BGTG yang telah dimiliki melalui PT Eguity Development Investment Tbk.
