Merujuk kepada surat tertanggal 13 Juli
2023 nomor 059/CRS/BIPI/VII/2023
perihal — tanggapan atas — rencana
kepemilikan saham BIPI pada ITMA
memberikan konfirmasi bahwa
pemegang saham utama belum memiliki
rencana tertentu sehubungan dengan
kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.

The major shareholders' plans regarding
their share ownership in the Company. In
this regard, may the Corporate Secretary
kindly  inguire with the major
shareholders before responding to the
confirmation.

Response:

Referring to the letter dated July 13,
2023, with reference number
059/CRS/BIPI/VII/2023 regarding the
response to BIPI's share ownership in
ITMA. We confirm that the major
shareholders does not have any specific
plans regarding their share ownership in
the Company.
