Perseroan telah menerima dengan baik pengunduran diri Imas Kurniawati Finnegan dari jabatan Corporate Secretary Perseroan. Kami mengucapkan terima kasih atas kontribusinya selama menjabat sebagai Corporate Secretary selama ini dan mengakui dedikasinya dalam menjalankan tugas-tugas yang diberikan. Sebagai penggantinya, kami mengumumkan bahwa Risa Pramesti akan mengisi posisi tersebut mulai tanggal 12 Juli 2023. Sebagai Corporate Secretary yang baru, Risa Pramesti akan bertanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan tugas dan kewajiban yang diatur dalam peraturan OJK. Perannya mencakup, namun tidak terbatas pada: mengkoordinasikan hubungan Perseroan dengan regulator dan publik, menyampaikan laporan dan pengumuman, serta tugas-tugas lain yang di atur dalam peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan Bursa Efek Indonesia. The company has received the resignation of Imas Kurniawati Finnegan from the position of Corporate Secretary. We would like to express our gratitude for her coniributions during her tenure and acknowledge her dedication in carrying out the assigned responsibilities. We are plcased to announce ihat Risa Pramesti will be assuming the role starting from July 12, 2023. As the new Corporate Secretary, Risa Pramesti will be responsible for Julfilling the tasks and obligations as outlined in the OJK regulations. Her role includes, but is not limited to, coordinating the company's relations with regulators and the public, conveying reporis and announcemenis, as well as other duties stipulated by the Financial Services Authority and the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
